Enrolments 2025

2025 Enrolment Process

Applications for 2025 out of zone enrolment are now closed.

If you are IN ZONE you can still enrol by following the link below.

All students that live in our zone receive automatic enrolment.

The number of Out of Zone enrolments we are able to accept is determined by the number of in zone enrolments we receive.    A ballot is required for out of zone student applications in 2025 and this will take place on Wednesday 18th September 2024 at 12pm, and will be drawn by a Justice of the Peace.

Our ballot is drawn in the following order of priority (this priority order is set by the Ministry of Education):

  1. First priority must be given to any applicant who is accepted for enrolment in a special programme run by the school

  2. Second priority must be given to any applicant who is the sibling of a current student of the school

  3. Third priority must be given to any student who is the sibling of a former student of the school

  4. Fourth priority must be given to any applicant who is a child of a former student of the school

  5. Fifth priority must be given to any applicant who is either a child of an employee of the board of the school or a child of a member of the board of the school

  6. Sixth priority must be given to all other applicants.

All applicants will be notified via email on Thursday 19th September of their enrolment outcome.

School Activity Fee

The Board of Trustees has approved a voluntary family donation of $85.00 per child, and in addition, an activity fee of $135.00. In total, $220.00 per child is requested.

The activity fee pays for: the materials children use in specialist technology rooms; IT consumables and resources; and the range of extra curricular learning and cultural programmes that this school provides.

The Board of Trustees decided that parents/ caregivers who paid the school donation and activity fee by 31st March will receive a stationery pack (valued at $35) for free.

Stationery Packs

The school has negotiated with a major school stationery supplier to purchase student stationery packs. These packs are a $35 cost which will be charged to the student account and will include all stationery items that the students will need to start the school year.

School stationery packs will be distributed to students on the first day of the school year. Prompt payment for these items will be appreciated.
