STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT NOMINATION FORM

We love hearing about the achievements of our students beyond the school gates. 

This form provides an opportunity for whānau to share successes in sporting, cultural, academic, community, leadership and other extracurricular activities.

Information submitted through this form may be used to acknowledge and celebrate student achievements through our school Facebook page (if permitted), newsletters, school assemblies and as supporting evidence for Blue Badges or Principal’s Pin Awards. 

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee that an achievement will be published or recognised in a particular way. However, our intention is to ensure the school is aware of our students’ successes and can celebrate and acknowledge the accomplishments that are important to our students and their whanau.
