Enrolments 2024

2024 Enrolment Process

Applications for out of zone enrolments ARE NOW CLOSED.  You are still able to enrol online below if you live in our school zone.

Please contact the school office on 3580548 for any further in zone applications in 2024.

All students that live in our zone have automatic enrolment.  The number of Out of Zone enrolment we were able to accept was determined by the number of in zone enrolments we received.    A ballot was required for out of zone students and this took place on Wednesday 13th September at 12pm, drawn by a Justice of the Peace.

Our ballot was drawn in the following order of priority (this priority order is set by the Ministry of Education):

  1. First priority must be given to any applicant who is accepted for enrolment in a special programme run by the school

  2. Second priority must be given to any applicant who is the sibling of a current student of the school

  3. Third priority must be given to any student who is the sibling of a former student of the school

  4. Fourth priority must be given to any applicant who is a child of a former student of the school

  5. Fifth priority must be given to any applicant who is either a child of an employee of the board of the school or a child of a member of the board of the school

  6. Sixth priority must be given to all other applicants.

A waiting list is in place and families will be contacted if there is any movement of this.

School Activity Fee

The Board of Trustees has approved a voluntary family donation of $85.00 per child, and in addition, an activity fee of $135.00. In total, $220.00 per child is requested.

The activity fee pays for: the materials children use in specialist technology rooms; IT consumables and resources; and the range of extra curricular learning and cultural programmes that this school provides.

The Board of Trustees has decided that parents/ caregivers who pay the school donation and activity fee by 31st March 2024 will receive a stationery pack (valued at $35) for free.

Note: To get this benefit, both the school donation and activity fee (totalling $220) must be paid together. This offer ends 31 March 2024.

Stationery Packs

The school has negotiated with a major school stationery supplier to purchase student stationery packs. These packs are a $35 cost which will be charged to the student account and will include all stationery items that the students will need to start the school year.

School stationery packs will be distributed to students on the first day of the school year. Prompt payment for these items will be appreciated.
