9.30am – Jubilee Registration Packs can be collected from the main school foyer
9.30am – 10.30 pm – Tour of the School by Year 8 School Councillors – all classrooms and
10.30am - 11.00am – Morning Tea in Staffroom, all welcome
11.00am – 12.00 pm – Tour of the School continued with Year 8 School Councillors – all classrooms and
12.00pm - Lunch as per your own arrangements
12.45pm – 1.30pm – School Lunchtime
1.45pm –Powhiri (visitors assemble on the netball courts) facilities facilities Special 75th Jubilee Assembly
– featuring our Performing Arts groups. ‘Looking Back In Time’ - the history of PNINS.
2.30pm – all students dismissed from their classroom for home.
2.45pm - Afternoon tea in the staffroom for all Jubilee attendees present and joined by the Jubilee

10.00am - Official Welcome
- (Inner Quad) - Speeches by BOT Chair Liam Greer; Jubilee Chairman David Lane; Principal David Jopson
- Choir sing – ‘Hallelujah’
- Official unveiling of the 75th Jubilee (Mr Johan Bonnevie and Mr Ken Rush)
- Raising of the NZ Flag (Co –Chairpersons of the School Council) - Choir/ Kapa Haka (and all)
– God Defend NZ
- 75th Time Capsule buried (Mr David Jopson, Principal)
- Kapa Haka Group perform a Rangitane Waiata
- Cutting of the Jubilee Cake
- The Choir (and all) singing the School Song ‘Haere Ake Ra’
10.40am – Photographs by the decade – student photographs; staff photographs, school committee /Board of Trustees 1940 – 1950; 1951 -1960; 1961- 1970; 1971 – 1980; 1981 – 1990; 1991 – 2000; 2001 -2016 PNINS students / former students - music entertainment in the inner quad; chance for attendees to mix and mingle
10.40am - 11.30am On-going morning tea /coffee available throughout this time frame; also a coffee cart on hand for coffee purchases
10.40am – 12pm – Tours of the School - free to wander the school to find your classroom, view facilities, and changes to the school over the years. School Councillors on hand to assist
12.00pm – In Te Tihi (hall) – Special 75th Jubilee Assembly – featuring Performing Arts groups.
‘A Look Back In Time’ - the history of PNINS. Not to be missed
12.30pm onwards – Attendees free to visit local cafes for lunch to catch up with old school friends Saturday Evening - 75th Jubilee Dinner - Awapuni Raceway Centre
6.00pm – 6.45pm - Mix and mingle- nibbles and drinks- a cash bar will operate. Background music - present/ former students of PNINS 6.45pm – 7.00pm - Attendees are asked to be seated
7.00pm – M.C. Latham Lockwood
- welcomes all Jubilee attendees, emergency/toilet messages and gives an outline of the evening’s programme - - - Toast to absent friends - Latham Lockwood
- Dinner – main course - table by table
- Introduction of Guest Speaker – David Jopson
- Guest Speaker – Roger Clausen
- Thanks to Guest Speaker – David Lane
- Dinner Dessert / Tea/ Coffee
9pm - 10.30pm -The PNBHS Stage Band will play music to dance to.
